People with disabilities and PRL. We spoke with Patricia Sanz in the latest edition of Fratertalks
Nowadays it is increasingly common for companies to be made up of more diverse workforces in every sense: origin, mix of several generations, gender identity... and of course, also people with some type of disability.
Ensuring that disabled workers can carry out their work in full safety and health conditions should be one of the priorities for any company. Therefore, it is essential that occupational risk prevention be adapted, diverse and inclusive.
Below you can see the video of the latest edition of Fratertalks in which Patricia Sanz, vvice president of Equality, Human Resources and Institutional Culture and Digital Inclusion of ONCE, ___shared with us interesting reflections about the inclusion and integration of people with disabilities in the workplace.
And in the next edition of Fratertalks…
___… we will talk about PEOPLE because people are not the problem but the solution to achieve healthy, safe and healthy work environments.
We will talk about how our decisions, prior conditions and mental schemas influence whether or not to adopt a safe attitude, we will talk with Gustavo Rosal, Director Human Factors Innovation at Prevencontrol in addition to being President of the Spanish Association of Ergonomics.
It will be next February 24 at 10am in a Fratertalk that will be titled “Of 'preventing something from coming out bad’ to ‘ensure that everything goes well.’”
