With the aim of generating a preventive culture among our associated companies and coinciding with the World Day for Safety and Health at Work, in Fraternidad-Muprespa we will celebrate our VI_Prevention Week April 26 to 30 2021.

This year we celebrate reaching the sixth edition with the motto:“In the face of workplace accidents, open your eyes. ACTIVATE VISION ZERO”, and in which we will try to achieve our objective of making knownanother way of approaching prevention, more effective and that improves the competitiveness and productivity of the company. This new form of prevention will generate responsible thinking in mutual companies, based on the values of promoting the health of their workers, promoting a change in attitudes and consequently improving safety behavior.

Throughout these days we are presenting different documents related to the Vision Zero culture, which is the central theme of our VI Prevention Week.

Today we want to stop at the document published by the Catalan employers' association Foment del Treball Nacional entitled Preventive culture and good practices.

In this guide you can find a first part dedicated to the concept of preventive culture, so that the reader can become familiar with it, and a second part dedicated to the presentation of good practices developed by companies and that can serve as an example for other organizations to identify actions to implement based on experience.

For the development of this good practices guide, a bibliographic analysis on preventive culture was carried out, with the objective of identifying the knowledge around this concept and subsequently the technical team in charge of developing the work contacted different companies with the objective of identifying good practices on the promotion and development of preventive culture in companies with successfully implemented experiences, susceptible to being disseminated and that could be transferable to other organizations, specifically for SMEs.
