The National Institute of Safety and Health at Work (INSST) has published the poster and video titled: "Self-Employed Workers: Exposure to double work", which deals with how this group is very frequently exposed to psychosocial risk factors caused by high workloads and by the distribution of irregular and long working hours both professionally and at home.

The educational material presents the main results of the diagnostic study carried out by the INSST in collaboration with the Association of the Self-Employed (ATA) on exposure to a double shift of work, and its main objective is to raise awareness among the female self-employed group about their exposure to these psychosocial risk factors and the possible consequences for health.
