Towards AI-based personnel management systems for safer workplaces

The European Agency for Safety and Health at Work has recently presented new material on the management of worker personnel through AI, which is now available in several EU languages, including Spanish.

These materials analyze opportunities to promote safety and health at work, such as adapting tasks to people's capabilities and monitoring workplace conditions to warn of risks. 

Today we focus on the briefing document:"Towards workforce management systems based on algorithms and AI for more productive, safer and healthier workplaces" which deals with workforce management based on AI and algorithms and refers to digital systems that use data about the workplace, staff and tasks. The data is fed into algorithmic or artificial intelligence systems to make automated or semi-automated decisions about work shifts, distribution of tasks, supervision of personnel and evaluation of their performance.
