We implemented WhatsApp as the Mutua's new service channel
Fraternidad-Muprespa is the first mutual insurance company to implement care and support through WhatsApp to associated companies, advisors and protected workers.
Fulfilling with our objective of providing the best service to our mutual members, we have enabled a new service channel through WhatsApp, which is added to the existing ones, so that patients, companies and consultancies can contact us in an agile and simple way.
It is about taking one more step to achieve that closeness with our mutual members and advisors and that directly from WhatsApp they can ask a quick question, solve an easy problem or simply request information about one of our multiple services, either on their mobile device or from their computer in the web version.

The hours of operation of the WhatsApp channel are Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., except in July and August, which is from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
We are proud to incorporate another means of communication, direct, fast and so well known by everyone to connect even more with our mutual members and advisors.
