Fraternidad-Muprespa details risk prevention before the confectioners' union in Oviedo

Fraternidad-Muprespa, Mutua Colaboradora con la Seguridad Social, acudió como invitada del Gremio de Artesanos Confiteros del Principado de Asturias a la jornada divulgativa "Riesgos laborales en el sector de la repostería, pastelería y panadería. Nuevos retos”. The event took place at the Guild headquarters in Oviedo and was its president,Alberto Diaz, the person in charge of opening and presenting the event.

First aid recommendations and actions to deal with small accidents typical of the activity were also offered. 

Also during the day, the importance of food safety, food handling, food conservation and the allergic pathology known as baker's asthma were highlighted. Several practical cases of accidents in the sector and control measures to be adopted were presented. The event concluded with a question time in which attendees participated very actively.
