Fraternidad‑Muprespa has been worthy of the Prevencionar Award for Preventive Culture and Leadership 2026, awarded in the VI edition of the Prevencionar Awards. This is a recognition that specifically recognizes organizations that have managed to consolidate a solid preventive culture through visible leadership, the participation of workers and the real integration of prevention in decision-making and daily management.

The gala, held at the Navantia Training Center  of San Fernando, in Cádiz, brought together authorities, companies and professionals in the field of occupational risk prevention from all over Spain and also from eleven other countries, consolidating itself as the largest national meeting in the sector.

The presenter of the gala,Natalia Fernández Laviada, deputy general director of Prevention, Quality and Communication of

The jury has awarded this prize to Fraternidad‑Muprespa for its candidacy “From the word to the heart. 10 years promoting the power of communication to generate a preventive culture" whose central idea is to understand communication in prevention not only as an instrument to transmit information, but as a tool capable of connecting, mobilizing and transforming the way in which people perceive safety and health at work.

The candidacy presented is based on the premise that prevention is consolidated as a culture when messages are not only received, but are able to remain, provoke reflection and influence behaviors and decisions.

Mar Morales, director of the Department of Prevention and Occupational Health Culture, and Carlos Maya, coordinator of the General Subdirectorate of Prevention, Quality and Communication, were in charge of collecting the award, which Morales thanked, assuring that “We started this project, knowing that to improve the preventive culture we had to overcome the concept of occupational risk prevention as technical management and regulatory obligation, and that needed to be transmitted in a much more practical way with tools that we put into practice on a daily basis.”.
