Guide on culture and preventive excellence
Coinciding with the World Day for Safety and Health at Work, inFraternidad-Muprespa_we will celebrate our VI Prevention Week with the objective of generating a preventive culture among our associated companies.
This year we will carry out our sixth edition through digital actions in webinar format with the motto: “In the face of workplace accidents, open your eyes. ACTIVATE VISION ZERO”, and in which we will try to achieve our objective of publicizing another way of approaching prevention, more effective and that improves competitiveness and productivity of the company. This new form of prevention will generate responsible thinking in mutual companies, based on the values of promoting the health of their workers, promoting a change in attitudes and consequently improving safety behavior.
Over the next few days we will present different documents and news related to the Vision Zero culture, which is the central theme of our VI Prevention Week.
Today we want to focus on the document from theNational Institute for Safety and Health at Work (INSST) entitled Guide to action for the implementation of safe and healthy behaviors, generators of preventive culture and Excellence.
The objective of this work is to present a new aesthetic of safety and occupational health for to invite the reader to consider other paradigms, in the field of safety and well-being that go beyond the reduction of accidents, seeking to contribute to the development of management skills of prevention professionals to try to evolve in aspects such as obligation, supervision, control, trust or leadership, all of them as pillars to achieve preventive excellence.
