Next Fratertalk: Transforming words into action, effective communication in PRL

In our next Fratertalk we will talk about effective communication inPRL and what are the most common mistakes we make when communicating.

We will see how to transmit our messages effectively, the keys to focusing a difficult conversation, how to manage our emotions and those of others, as well as detecting the signs that a conversation is not being effective and knowing how to redirect it. We will talk about all this with Susana Ollero, journalist and coach.

It will be next June 28 at 10am (peninsular time) on a Fratertalk that will have the title: "Transforming the word into action: effective communication in PRL".
