He has extensive experience of more than 20 years in labor management of national companies and more than 8 years in labor management of multinational companies, and currently leads some of the department's most notable projects and manages the teams.
Can you tell us what are the notable projects you are currently working on?
The projects we are working on are related to the digitalization of Human Resources departments.
We have recently integrated an app development company to improve the user experience.#onboarding of employees
We are also working on a solution developed with technology Dynamic 365 Business Central in order to cover all the needs related to payroll management, and additionally we are collaborating with Factorial HR for the digitization of the Human Resources processes of our payroll clients.
Of all the services you offer, which is the most requested by your clients, and what do you think is the reason?
Within the payroll services that we offer, clients demand access to data to manage their company's human resources, in a way that allows them to access them independently, having the data digitized.
What are the benefits of hiring the services of a company like yours instead of private consulting?
The benefits are many since, being a multidisciplinary firm, we can provide tax or labor legal services to our clients without remaining merely advising on personnel administration and payroll.
In addition to all the services related to the digitalization of the Human Resources Department, for example, we have a Human Capital team that advises our clients on their expatriate or impatriate employees, from a tax point of view.
We also have a team of labor lawyers who complement the services we provide.
You are specialists in managing payroll services in 120 countries, having received the International Payroll award for several years. What are the difficulties and benefits of offering this service?
The difficulty is to maintain the level of demand in the way we provide our services to clients so that they receive the quality they require and to constantly be up to date on all the latest developments, the benefit being to obtain feedback from clients that they are being provided with services that they do not obtain in other consultancy services.
There are currently sectors with a lot of job offers and few job seekers, such as hospitality and construction. Do you think this will become a problem in the medium term? In your opinion, how could it be corrected?
Currently we already have the problem of finding candidates with sufficient knowledge and experience to provide services in our sector.
Let's talk about labor reform, what has this radical change in the types of labor contracts meant for your group? Do you think it is appropriate and necessary?
It has meant that our clients are faced with the difficulty of making certain hires, given their activity, which has led us to have to advise them to be able to fit their hiring needs into the new contracts that have been approved after the labor reform.
How is your deal with mutual insurance companies? And with Fraternidad-Muprespa? What would you ask of the Mutual Fund so that you can improve the service to your clients?
The treatment we have with the Mutual Insurance Companies is excellent since, thanks to the teamwork we do with them, they make our daily work easier.
With Fraternidad-Muprespa the treatment is exceptional since they provide us with any question we need.
The Advisor's Corner is a tool integrated into the Mutua's Digital Office. Can you tell us about the advantages that this tool brings to your advice? What do you think of the Discussion Forum as a tool to share a specific topic with other advisors?
The tool is valid for us since we can see opinions that other advisors have for the issues that affect us in the day-to-day of our advice with clients.
