Summary of actions 2020 Healthy Jobs Campaign: LET'S RELAX THE BURDENS
Finally, we have reached the last month of this year, so complicated and so different from what we expected, so it is time to take stock of the good and the bad, as the song said. Although this year has been focused on the Covid-19 pandemic, we want to once again focus on the risks that we had and continue to have, such as musculoskeletal disorders.
Since the beginning of the year, we have been carrying out a series of actions linked to the European campaign of EU-OSHA called: "Healthy jobs, let's relax the burdens", which will continue during 2021, as we do not give up in the attempt to tackle and prevent the risks of the workers of our companies associated.
Among all the actions we have taken are the following:
- News information of the EU-OSHA campaign as the origin of the thread that we will follow for the rest of the year (and next year).
- News about What are MSDs? Forced postures. Repetitive movements.
- Explanation of the Dotte Method for ___registration and evaluation of the TME.
- Book on ergonomics in digital format.
- Infographic on MSD mapping: based on the document belonging to Iuf.org titled: “Making women visible in occupational health and safety” whose annex describes the details of how to carry out this risk assessment technique participatory.
- HTMLTAG90___Good practice guides, developed in collaboration with Prevencontrol so that our associated companies can easily implement measures that address the risks caused by musculoskeletal disorders and manual handling of loads.
- Downloadable the campaign guide, flyer, power point and other materials that can be used in the campaign EU-OSHA.
- Explanatory document on how to start conversations with workers to start discussions about musculoskeletal disorders.
- Fratertalk 5 with Mercedes Sanchís, Director of Innovation at the IBV (Institute of Biomechanics of Valencia).
- October educational offer, 6 webinars dedicated to shedding light on overexertion in the workplace, offered by our prevention consultants.
- Prevyman advises us on TME, 'Don't force your posture. At work...keep your composure'.
And how can we find all this content in our news? Well, you only have to filter the news by choosing ERGONOMICS.
As we say in our fantastic good practice guides:
People can change and have the resources they need to change
is what we propose with all the actions described above. SHALL WE START?.HTMLTAG148___
