The 22nd edition of Fratertalks celebrated. Do you want to know what we are talking about?
On May 27, Fraternidad-Muprespa held the 22nd edition of Fratertalk to talk, on this occasion, about the role of the Labor Inspection and the Public Prosecutor's Office behind the work accident. For this we had the pleasure of having two experts such as:
- Nieves González García, head of the Security and Occupational Health Unit at the Provincial Labor Inspection and Social Security of Madrid.
- HTMLTAG12___Óscar Barrios García, deputy prosecutor for occupational accidents of the Provincial Prosecutor's Office of Ávila.
With a large number of attendees connected live, both Nieves and Óscar addressed issues of great interest, answering questions such as: How far does the criminal liability of the businessman or of the prevention technician go in the event of awork accident? Is it necessary to have everything documented and justified to avoid sanctions? What are the most common reasons for sanctions for the Labor Inspection?
If you were not able to attend the live show, you can watch the Fratertalk video below:

And in the next Fratertalk...
We invite you to the next edition of Fratertalks that will take place next June 17 at 10 a.m. where we will connect occupational risk prevention with one of the greatest maritime tragedies of the last century: the sinking of the Titanic.
From the hand of Antonio José Millán, Director of the AXA Chair of Prevention, we will see how many of the causes and errors that caused the sinking of the Titanic are very similar to those that today, 110 years later, are responsible for many of the work accidents that occur in our country, which leads us to remember the saying that says "he who does not know his history is condemned to repeat it.”
We are waiting for you in a Fratertalk that will have the title: "The PRL and the Titanic 110 years after the sinking"
You can register HERE. We are waiting for you!
