The characteristics of teleworking contracts focus a day of Fraternidad-Muprespa
Fraternidad-Muprespa On May 8, the conference “Teleworking contract, registration of work hours and criteria for acceptance of work accidents in telecommuting", organized by the Territorial Directorate of the Center – Large Mutualists and developed in a hybrid format, both at the Fraternidad-Muprespa Havana Hospital in Madrid and in online mode.
The session began with the intervention of Ana Lorenzo, coordinator of the Economic Benefits department of Fraternidad-Muprespa, who offered a clear and practical vision on the acceptance criteria for work accidents in teleworking situations.
Subsequently, a space for dialogue took place led by the director of the Mutua Delegation in San Sebastián de los Reyes,Goyo Yuste, in which they participated Susana Toril, by Enagás,Uriel Tovar, from Europcar Mobility Group,Rafael Cubero, from Westinghouse, and Manuel Porrúa, director of the Human Resources and CSR Center at Fraternidad-Muprespa, who shared real experiences, challenges and solutions on managing teleworking in current organizations.
The day concluded with the intervention of Carlos Diaz Quintana, director of the Economic Benefits Department of Fraternidad-Muprespa, who highlighted the importance of generating spaces for dialogue and collaboration to continue advancing in the adaptation of organizations to new ways of working.
The meeting, especially participatory, close and realistic, allowed for a very enriching debate on how to move towards safer, more flexible work environments adapted to new ways of working. Likewise, the day allowed us to focus on the construction of spaces for dialogue and learning that contribute to work well-being and joint growth, through the knowledge, ideas and experiences provided by the speakers.
