Permanent Commission

The Permanent Commission of Fraternidad-Muprespa is made up of five members of the Board of Directors, designated by it from among its components, and its president, who will be that of the Board of Directors. The commission acts by delegation of the Board of Directors and the decisions adopted at its meetings, called by the president, must be communicated and subsequently ratified by it. The system of responsibilities provided for in the consolidated text of the General Social Security Law (TRLGSS) will apply to its members, and they will be subject to the incompatibilities and prohibitions established in the legal text.
