The Permanent Commission of The commission acts by delegation of the Board of Directors and the decisions adopted at its meetings, called by the president, must be communicated and subsequently ratified by it. The system of responsibilities provided for in the consolidated text of the General Social Security Law (TRLGSS) will apply to its members, and they will be subject to the incompatibilities and prohibitions established in the legal text.
