Advisors give their opinion… about El Rincón del Asesor
The Advisor's Corner is a tool integrated into the Mutua's Digital Office. Can you tell us about the advantages that this tool brings to your advice? And the Discussion Forum as a tool to share a specific topic with other advisors?
SANTIAGO TODA ERASO, FROM TODA MANAGEMENT(Barcelona)
The website is very intuitive and easy to use. During the pandemic, when carrying out the CATA procedures, for example, it was quite comfortable to navigate and carry out the procedures.
In the Advisor's Corner we have tools to inform us about modifications and updates to agreements, the cost simulator calculator and jurisprudence and all this makes our work easier.
JOSÉ RODRIGUEZ PARDO OF ASESORÍA RIVES Y LOZANO(Alicante)
Training and information help, without a doubt, when carrying out professional work. In my office this tool is very useful.
Being able to know the opinion of other colleagues on similar issues helps to find correct solutions. It has always been said that “four eyes see better than two.”
JESÚS CONCHA, OF J. CONCHA CONSULTING(Madrid)
I find it very interesting to have a place like the Advisor's Corner where we can ask questions, it adds another level to our profession. The Debate Forum is very interesting since logically there are always discussions about legal issues, especially in the interpretation of a norm. From my point of view, I think that advisors should debate a little more, it is important that there are many participants in this forum.
SOLEDAD MARQUINA AND CARLOS HOUGHTON OF ASESORÍA MORLÁN(Huesca)
Loneliness: Collaboration between professionals has become essential, having to leave behind certain types of competitiveness. The advantages are clear, the exchange of criteria and opinions with other professionals is vital in this sector. Without a doubt, this forum is part of that professional collaboration that will allow us all to share impressions and help each other in our daily lives.
Carlos: A derivative of the health crisis has been the implementation and strengthening of the means of consultation and debate. These have become a source of knowledge at a time when the lack of clarifying criteria has been evident. In these complex times, professionals often need to share our ideas and opinions and listen to those of others in order to reach common ground that we can apply to our daily lives.
These means of collaboration have led to the dilution of competition between the parties and the promotion of selfless collaboration. On the other hand, having companies with databases or means of consultation is essential to carry out and promote our daily work.
EVA TORRECILLA, PRESIDENT OF THE COLLEGE OF SOCIAL GRADUATES OF MADRID
Any tool to develop information improvement in management is good; in the office it is used by people who are in direct contact with the mutual company. It is also an intuitive and fast tool.
It is very important because we have indirectly had to do it in small groups, through WhatsApp and email groups, and it is a bit of what the School does. The Mutual Fund tells us that we are not alone and that they can go to a place where they have a quick response and this generates security, sometimes it is you who needs information or advice and other times other colleagues. Sharing information is always very good.
