ISO 9001 quality
At Fraternidad-Muprespa it is essential to achieve the satisfaction of our customers. It is present in our mission and vision and is the fundamental line of our Corporate Strategic Plan. One of the supports for achieving the objectives is to have two Quality Management Systems (QMS), both certified according to the UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015 standard. These certifications demonstrate our commitment to service and continuous improvement, as can be contrasted in the Quality Policy.
They are two Management Systems with very different scopes and scopes.
The first, born in 2004, in the field of Information Systems that support The IT and Telecommunications Infrastructure management activities are integrated with the Information Security Management System according to the UNE-ISO/IEC 27001:2022 standard.
El Segundo, in 2013, in the field of customer service in healthcare centers and the performance of preventive Social Security activities, integrated with the Environmental Management System (EMS). according to norm_UNE-ENISO 14001:2015.
