What to do in case of a work accident?
IN CASES OF VITAL EMERGENCY, SERIOUS ACCIDENT AND VASCULAR OR BRAIN EPISODES
Immediately contact the Public Emergency Health Care Service in your area and follow their instructions.
Service 112 or similar
We will take care of all expenses derived from the evacuation and emergency care.
In other cases
- Notify the company of the accident and request the Assistance Request Form (VSA) completed and signed/stamped. The data of the company, the injured party and when and how the accident occurred must be included.
- Go to the Fraternidad-Muprespa healthcare center or concerted center closest to where you are, providing the VSA to the extent possible.
- If you need medical transportation for your evacuation, do not know the location of the nearest center or if it is outside opening hours, contact us at the following emergency number and we will give you the appropriate instructions.
