VERIFIED CARBON FOOTPRINT-GHG Protocol
And what is the Carbon Footprint? The Carbon Footprint is the measure of the amount of total greenhouse gas emissions released into the atmosphere as a result of an activity.
That is, we measure, voluntarily, under specific criteria, the impact of our activity, in order to be aware, transparent, and take measures to reduce it.
The verification encompasses the activities provided by the mutual, establishing three scopes:
- Scope 1: Direct emissions of Greenhouse Gases.
- Scope 2: Indirect emissions of Greenhouse Gases by energy
- Scope 3: Other indirect emissions of Greenhouse Gases

In addition, as part of our environmental commitment, we register our verification of carbon footprint in the Registry of carbon footprint , compensation and carbon dioxide absorption projects of the Ministry for the Transition Ecology and the Demographic Challenge.
In order to be registered, it is necessary to have an Emissions Reduction Plan. Since 2016 we have obtained different seals, highlighting the year 2020, in which it is granted to us in its entirety (calculation + reduction + compensation).
