Participation in ISSGA conference on healthy smartphone use

Fraternidad-Muprespa , Mutua Collaboradora con la Seguridad Social No. 275, participates on Tuesday, June 28, 2022 in the webinar organized by the Institute of Security and Occupational Health of Galicia (ISGGA) which has the title: "Smartphone, use it in a healthy way."

The session is held in videoconference format starting at 10:30 a.m. and Carlos Maya, prevention consultant, intervenes on behalf of the Mutual Fund, starting at 10:55 a.m. with a talk on the following topics:

• Smartphone as a sociological phenomenon, why can't we live without it?
• Physical and psychological data associated with smartphone use
• Tips for using our smartphone healthily

Additionally, during the session, the ISGGA campaign on the use of portable electronic devices is explained and how digital connectivity affects neurons is also analyzed from the point of view of addictions.
