Governing bodies and participation
The governing bodies of the Mutual Insurance Companies are: the General Board, the Board of Directors and the Managing Director.
The General Meeting is the highest governing body, and is made up of all the associates, a representation of the affiliated self-employed workers and a representative of the workers at the service of the entity.
The Board of Directors is the collegiate body responsible for the direct governance of the Mutual Fund.
The Managing Director is the body that exercises the executive direction of the Mutual Fund.
