+compromiso, mutual alliance
The mutual alliance +compromiso, was born as a result of the agreement signed between Asepeyo, Fraternidad-Muprespa and three entities in accordance with the following principles:
- Respect for the legal personality of each mutual company, its autonomy, own identity and economic independence.
- Promotion of common activities in compliance with the legally assigned Social Security collaboration purposes.
- Quality vocation in the provision of services to mutual companies and protected labor population, from the management autonomy of each mutual.
- Transparency and good governance in the management of all activities.

To expand the commitment with mutual companies and their workers, as well as with self-employed workers, we present +compromiso , an alliance of mutual companies, forming a large healthcare network. We get closer to our users, shortening distances between workers and our healthcare centers, since the scope of action covers the entire national territory and is not closed to future incorporations.
It was born under the Consolidated Text of the General Law of Social Security , approved by Legislative RD 8/2015, of October 30, which provides in its article 82.2 that “the health benefits included in the protection of professional contingencies will be dispensed through the means and facilities managed by the mutual insurance companies, or, preferably, through agreements with other mutual societies” and by RD 1630/2011, of November 14, which establishes in its article 6 that “in order to obtain the greatest efficiency and rationalization of the resources they manage, mutual societies may establish among themselves the collaboration agreements that are necessary […]”

- With preventive activities among mutual companies.
+compromiso has the entire national territory as its scope of action. The agreement, signed by the three mutual societies, may be extended to the following areas of action:
- Reciprocally providing healthcare, hospital, outpatient, recovery and complementary testing assistance to workers protected in professional contingencies of the mutual societies.
- Perform diagnostic tests and therapeutic and rehabilitative treatments in temporary disability processes derived from common contingencies.
- Jointly use facilities, healthcare and administrative centers of each mutual insurance company.
- Carry out research, development and innovation activities aimed at reducing the professional contingencies of Social Security.
- Jointly tender contracts for supplies, services and healthcare.
- Develop computer applications together.
- Design and share the training of the staff of these mutual societies.
- Collaborate in preventive activities designed for mutual companies.
- Offer new opportunities for action that cannot be addressed individually.
Our objective is to establish a stable framework of collaboration and cooperation between mutual companies, to promote excellent management of public resources, in accordance with the following inspiring principles:

About Fraternidad-Muprespa

Fraternidad-Muprespa , Mutual Collaborator with Social Security No. 275, its mission is excellence and quality in its services, in its two hospitals in Madrid and its 122 healthcare and administrative centers throughout Spain. It has obtained the Quality Management System certification for a hundred of its centers and the official certificate of the Madrid Excellent Guarantee Mark.
The Hospital Fraternidad-Muprespa Habana, has the LEED Healthcare certification in its Platinum category, being the only one in Europe.

About Asepeyo

It has its own extensive organization present in all the autonomous communities. It has 142 healthcare centers, four hospitals (two of its own and two jointly owned) and a day hospital. Founded in 1915 as a Social Security Mutual Society, in 2015, with the new Mutual Insurance Law, it was renamed Asepeyo, Mutual Fund collaborating with the Social Security.

MC MUTUAL, Mutual collaborator with Social Security nº1. Its current name is the result of the merger of Mutual Cyclops and Midat Mutua.
