The remuneration of the Managing Director and the rest of the staff who perform executive functions at Recast of the General Law of Social Security (in the wording given to it by Law 35/2014, of December 26, which modifies the Recast Text of the General Law of Social Security, in relation to the legal regime of the Mutual Insurance Companies for Work Accidents and Occupational Diseases of Social Security).
The regime of said remunerations is pending regulatory development (fifth final provision of Law 35/2014).
Management Committee
Carlos Aranda Martín. Managing Director 
Agricultural Engineer from the Higher Technical School of Agricultural Engineers from the Polytechnic University of Madrid and a degree in Political Science and Sociology from the Complutense University of Madrid.
He was appointed Managing Director of Fraternidad-Muprespa in May 2010. Until his appointment he held the position of General Director of the TRAGSA Group. A State Official, he has spent his career as a manager in different positions in the Administration of Spain and Europe: Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food; Institute of Agrarian Relations; F.A.O.-U.N.U. for Agriculture and Food; Spanish Embassy in Rome; Permanent Representation of Spain to the European Union in Brussels; General Subdirectorate of Agri-Food Industrialization and Marketing.
Pedro Serrera Cobos. Secretary General 
Senior Telecommunications Engineer from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, he has a Master's Degree in Financial Economic Management from the Center for Financial Studies (CEF), and a PADE, Program of Senior Business Management, from IESE.
He participated, from the technology area, in the merger between La Fraternidad and Muprespa in 1999, to join the new entity, Fraternidad-Muprespa, in 2002, as director of the Development department.
He has faced challenges from various positions, as director of the Information Systems Center (CIO) leading the digital transformation of the entity and since 2011 as a member of the Management Committee as deputy director general of Information Systems and Services. In 2015, the Purchasing and Services and Works departments were added to its responsibilities, and in 2024 the Contracting department.
In his career, the participation in the construction and provision of the new Fraternidad-Muprespa Hospital in Madrid stands out, inaugurated in 2019 after having achieved the LEED Health Care Platinum certificate.
He has been Secretary General of Deputy Director General of Management 
Graduate in Physical Sciences from the Autonomous University of Madrid. Master in Strategic Management and Innovation Management (Carlos III University of Madrid). Postgraduate in Knowledge Management (Univesitat Oberta de Catalunya) and Higher Course in Business Intelligence from the School of Industrial Organization (EOI).
He also has postgraduate studies in health, having obtained the diploma in Leadership and Transformation in Healthcare Organizations at Deusto Business School, taught in the context of the triple health goal.
He began his professional career at Fraternidad-Muprespa in January 2003, in 2007 he was appointed director of the Organization and Planning department and in July 2015 deputy general manager of Management.
In his professional career, he has led one of the Mutual's major projects, the Corporate Strategic Plan, the basis of the new philosophy and way of working, providing him with a global vision of the Entity that allows him to promote innovation in the Mutual's management.
Natalia Fernández Laviada. Deputy Director General of Prevention, Quality and Communication 
Graduate in Law (Universidad Cantabria). Master in Occupational Risk Prevention in Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Ergonomics and Psychosociology (Social Graduate University School). University Expert in Organization and Innovation in Business Management (Faculty of Economics). Postgraduate in Direction and Management of Health and Social Services (Faculty of Business Administration). Postgraduate Expert in Social Security (University of Castilla-La Mancha). International Master in Protocol and Institutional Relations (European Institute of Health and Social Welfare). Master in Corporate Reputation (University of Navarra).
In 2002 she began her professional career at Fraternidad-Muprespa, going through admission, service manager and provincial director in Cantabria. In 2011 she was appointed deputy general director of Organization and Network, since 2015 she has held the general deputy director of Prevention, Quality and Communication.
Columnist and teacher with hundreds of interventions at conferences, roundtables and forums on health and safety, diversity and equality, leadership, social security and mutual insurance.
Olvido Guadalupe Arenas Romasanta. Deputy General Director of Information Systems and Services 
Higher Industrial Engineer in the Mechanical-Construction branch from the Polytechnic University of Madrid. She also has several master's degrees: in Risk Prevention Labor in the three specialties; in Planning and Design of Health Centers from the Open University of Catalonia; and in Information Systems Management and Business Technology from Nebrija University.
He joined Fraternidad-Muprespa in 1999, to the Fraternidad-Muprespa External Prevention Service. In 2009 she joined Central Services as Head of Maintenance and General Services of the former Central Hospital. After its demolition, in 2014 he joined the Works Department to participate in the construction of the new Fraternidad-Muprespa Habana Hospital. In 2018 she went on to direct the Production, Systems and Communications Department within the same Subdirectorate of Information Systems and Services, of which she has been the head since July 1, 2025.
Marta Carretero Martín. Director of the Legal Advice and Services Center 
Member of the Illustrious Bar Association of Madrid, she graduated in Law from the Autonomous University of Madrid, and is certified as an expert in Social Security by the University of Castilla-La Mancha. His professional development in the world of Law began as a notary officer in Madrid.
After this initial stage he went on to practice law in multidisciplinary offices, specializing in Social and Administrative Litigation jurisdiction, assuming defense in procedures whose functional jurisdiction he has addressed from first instance courts and Superior Courts of Justice throughout the national territory, to the National Court and the Supreme Court.
Linked to Fraternidad-Muprespa since 2019, she has served as a Social Security control lawyer, assuming the procedural defense and advice of the entity.In 2023, she was appointed Deputy Director of the Center for Legal Advice and Services until November 2024, when she took over as Director of the Center.
Manuel Porrua García. Director of the Human Resources and CSR center 
Degree in Law from the Universidad a Distancia de Madrid, degree in Research and Market Techniques from the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya and a diploma in Statistics from the Complutense University of Madrid. Executive Master in Human Resources (Garrigues), Senior Professional in Human Resources – International (SPHRi), Master in Innovation Management (La Salle) and Master in Information Systems Management (IDE-CESEM).
He joined Fraternidad-Muprespa in 2000, occupying different positions in the field of Information Systems until in 2011 he changed to the Human Resources function, being named director of the Human Resources Management department, to move on to occupy the current position of director of the Human Resources and Corporate Social Responsibility center in 2013.
Arturo Ruiz Díez. Director of the Financial Accounting Center 
Higher Industrial Engineer from the Polytechnic University of Madrid.
He began his professional career in information systems consulting, always in the financial field. In 2004 he joined Fraternidad-Muprespa as project director of the new economic information system. He subsequently held different positions in the general subdirectorate of Information Systems and Services. In 2008 he was appointed director of the Payments, Accounting Records and Inventory department and since October 2019 he has been director of the Financial Accounting center, thus continuing his link with the economic area in the development of financial systems and their integration into the Social Security accounting system.
