Corporate Security Policy

Fraternidad-Muprespa defines its Security Policy to cover all initiatives in the field of security developed in the Organization. The Policy is aimed at achieving the security objectives defined in the corporate Security Master Plan. The aspects included in this Policy are the following:

The need to achieve a level of security appropriate to the type of activity carried out by Fraternidad-Muprespa, Mutual Collaborator with Social Security, is established. Special consideration will be given to the health and benefits area of our entity.
Security is conceived as a continuous process , which requires the coordination and joint work of the different organizational units of the Mutual Fund with powers in matters of security. This collaboration will be achieved through the teamwork of the different units and their coordination at the highest management level.
Security as a concept and the resulting projects are supported by the Management of the entity, with the commitment to provide the resources that are necessary and reasonable to achieve the level of security defined by the entity.
Security coverage is understood in a comprehensive way, affecting facilities, internal and external personnel, information systems and also protected workers and patients who are in the Fraternidad-Muprespa facilities.
Investments, projects and initiatives regarding security will respond to criteria of reasonableness and common sense , so that a balance is established between the cost of security and the level of risk that the entity considers as acceptable.
Security must be included in the first stages of each initiative and project that the entity addresses, so that it is feasible to incorporate the conditions of security in the design phase of facilities, systems and procedures.
Security, understood as a process, will have the appropriate mechanisms for monitoring, review and continuous improvement, typical of any "management system".
The security policy, as well as the objectives and projects that emanate from it will be communicated opportunely to the members of the organization, so that everyone is aware of the important role of security in daily performance.
To the extent possible, security management will be aligned with best practices and international standards. Likewise, complete compliance with the legislation will be guaranteed.
