Safety and Health at Work Policy
On November 13, 2024, the Managing Director of Fraternidad-Muprespa has signed a new version of the Occupational Health and Safety Policy.
It includes the following points:
- The Management of
- People constitute the basic and fundamental element of the organization. Guaranteeing the health and well-being of people, articulating prevention mechanisms, is an obligation of the company, which must act by making all the efforts at its disposal to develop effective policies against occupational risks.
- The Management is committed to the prevention of damage and deterioration of health, to this end the necessary measures will be adopted to eliminate or reduce to the maximum possible the occupational risks generated in the development of our activities, always taking into account the individual differences of the workers of Fraternidad-Muprespa.
- We commit to working in compliance with the legal requirements regarding ORP that apply to us; voluntarily carry out actions that raise the level of promotion of the health and well-being of employees with health and safety campaigns, training, social, labor, ethical and environmental benefits, as well as ensuring compliance with other requirements, such as those related to the integration of people with disabilities, or those to which the organization adheres related to the Safety and Health of Workers.
- The ORP Management System is open to the active participation of our employees; and to consultation and participation of the legal representatives of the workers; in order to include their suggestions for improvement, in order to encourage continuous improvement. Our commitment to continuous improvement directs our efforts to achieve greater effectiveness of the ORP Management System and health and well-being performance.
- Within the framework of our ORP Management System we promote preventive excellence and healthy business excellence through the establishment and review of preventive objectives and goals, quantitative as far as possible, on those aspects susceptible to improvement, detected in the systematic and periodic evaluation of occupational risks.
- We will strive to keep all our workers sensitized and aware of their individual obligations regarding ORP, as well as ensuring the necessary resources to achieve effective implementation of the health promotion and well-being policy in the company.
- We guarantee the dissemination of both the Occupational Risk Policy and the Prevention Plan within our organization, by publishing it on the corporate intranet. Likewise, we guarantee that the ORP policy is made available to any interested party by publishing it on the corporate website. In addition, interested parties such as collaborating companies, contractors, etc. will participate in Fraternidad-Muprespa's commitment to healthy Business Excellence. to achieve the Company's objective in environmental and social matters.
- We will implement and periodically review the ORP policy to ensure that it remains relevant and appropriate to the nature and magnitude of occupational risks.
This PRL policy supersedes the previous ones and comes into force at the time of its signature by the Managing Director of Fraternidad-Muprespa.
The Occupational Health and Safety policy defined by Fraternidad-Muprespa is based on the UNE-EN-ISO 45001:2018 Standard.
With the participation of everyone, both the Management of the Company and the rest of the employees, the occupational risk prevention in the Mutua.
