Policy for the Use of Artificial Intelligence Systems

The policy for the use of Artificial Intelligence Systems (hereinafter AI) developed by Fraternidad-Muprespa is fully aligned with the most advanced European regulations, and pursues 7 basic principles:

  1. Human action and supervision. Avoid making automated decisions that significantly affect natural persons and will always include human supervision.
  2. Technical solidity and security. Enhance the ability to resist attacks and the general security of the systems.
  3. Privacy and data management. When personal data is used, carry out impact assessments involving the Data Protection Officer.
  4. Transparency. Promote traceability, explainability and communication.
  5. Diversity, non-discrimination and equity. Have mechanisms that promote the absence of unfair bias, accessibility and universal design, as well as the participation of interested parties.
  6. Social and environmental well-being. Enhance social and environmental well-being, including sustainability and respect for the environment, social impact, society and democracy.
  7. Accountability. Implement auditable systems and mechanisms to minimize negative effects and report them.

This policy guarantees data protection, promotes transparency in the information used and ensures that AI optimizes our operations in various areas, such as healthcare and computer development, to provide a more efficient and quality service.
