On June 10 and 11, preventable.

The figures, reflected in this video, speak for themselves: every two days a fatal accident takes place on the road, and 90% of them have the human factor as a direct cause. Hence, Fraternidad-Muprespa makes tools such as virtual reality available to its mutual companies to contribute to the reduction of accidents. Nearly 10,000 people have been made aware of this after trying virtual reality equipment, in workshops, conferences and talks.

Ricardo Alonso, Mutua Prevention consultant in Cantabria, taught about 170 people how the tool recreates critical situations related to fatigue, distractions or substance use in a safe and participatory way.

The latest generation virtual reality glasses allow you to recreate different urban and interurban scenarios with great realism, incorporating variables such as weather, the behavior of other vulnerable users or real driving conditions. All of this turns the experience into a powerful tool for learning and behavior change.

Among other companies that shared their contributions in the field of innovation in occupational risk prevention, the following stand out:  PreventControl, with its risk assessment system with artificial intelligence,  Afor Health and their method of support to take care of working people, or  3M, focused on the new regulations on asbestosis and the protective equipment to comply with it.
