Digital Office and Delt@ System

The C.C.C corresponds to the company's contribution account code, and it is a numerical code that the General Treasury of Social Security assigns to entrepreneurs and other subjects responsible for paying contributions to the Social Security System which corresponds to the old employer and registration numbers.

To avoid problems with the C.C.C. Make sure that the code entered meets the following aspects

- Consists of 11 digits
- If it only has 10 digits, you have included a 0 in front
- Does not contain spaces, slashes, periods, commas or any other characters. Ex: 01123456742.

To work on the AOC portal we must obtain a digital certificate from the chambers of commerce, industry and navigation of Spain. We can do this, for example, through the page www.camerfirma.com.

This certificate identifies us as representatives of a company that makes communications to the AOC portal and that these communications are legally equal to a signed document.

You must select the option "Request user".

Next, select the type of user: Associated Company, Consulting, Self-Employed, Provider or Patient, complete all the fields marked with * and validate your population.

In the application itself the contract will be downloaded, which will be sent to us attached to the application. When we have received the documentation and validated the data, you will receive an email notifying you that your user has been activated. From that moment on, you will be able to log in with the password you indicated when making the request.

The Fraternidad-Muprespa Digital Office includes a digital service with which associated companies and collaborating consultancies can manage and process your Work Accident Reports (PAT) in the Delt@ System.

The Digital Office service offers a draft of the report, practically completed in its entirety, to facilitate processing. The information provided already completed has been previously collected by Fraternidad-Muprespa during the care provided. The company or consultancy must provide the remaining information and, once the accident report is completed, you can download the PAT Delt@ remittance file for presentation on the Delt@ System portal.

Once the PAT Delt@ remittance file has been generated, you must access the Delt@ System through the “Registered user” option, access the “Document Management” menu, “Work Accident Report” and “Import Remittance”. Next, you must choose the “XML” remittance format and select the file from the “Upload and Sign” button. Next, we press the “Accept” button, on the next screen we press the button that appears that says “Sign and Send”. The Delt@ system will provide you with an identification code with which you can then check the status of the shipment.

The Digital Office also includes a service for the management of Work Accident Relations Without Medical Leave (RATSB), with which associated companies and collaborating consultancies can manage and process your RATSB in the Delt@ System.

The management of these documents is even simpler and more agile than PAT management, because the application offers all the completed data. The company or consultancy may download the RATSB Delt@ remittance file for presentation on the Delt@ System portal.

The digital certificate is free. It can be requested online at the following address:http://www.cert.fnmt.es/.

Once the application has been made online, the applicant must appear at any Tax Agency office to identify themselves and activate their certificate. 24 hours later, you can download it from the Internet.
