Both the Labor Inspection and the Public Prosecutor's Office are figures that are part of the occupational risk prevention system of our country and are essential as legal support to achieve safe working conditions for workers, demanding compliance with the prevention law 31/1995 and the rest of the existing regulatory development behind occupational safety.
