If you are a protected worker or family member and go to our administrative or care centers: You have the obligation to provide us with your data so that we can provide you with health care and correctly process financial benefits. Refusal to provide them prevents access to the economic and health benefits to which you are entitled based on Social Security legislation.

If you are not a protected worker and we serve you in our healthcare centers: You have the obligation to provide us with your data to be able to provide you with the health care you need because your refusal to provide it may prevent us from being able to provide you with this health care correctly.

To which recipients will your data be communicated or transferred?

  1. In the case of being a beneficiary of Social Security and going to our administrative or assistance centers: To the Ministry of Employment and Social Security, and Organizations and Entities that make up Social Security in compliance with Social Security regulations (Royal Decree 8/2015, of October 30, which approves the Consolidated Text of the General Law of Social Security and Royal Decree 1993/1995, of October 7 December, Collaboration of Mutual Insurance Companies with Social Security) and will also be communicated to those recipients who must receive them by virtue of legal obligation.

Fraternidad-Muprespa promotes and supports the carrying out of different studies and research, both in the field of health and in other areas. The information generated by Fraternidad-Muprespa in its capacity as a mutual collaborator with Social Security is of great scientific, statistical and historical value. Therefore, based on its legitimate interest in promoting research and knowledge, and applying due guarantees, Fraternidad-Muprespa may use personal data included in its systems, generally in aggregate or statistical form, in studies and research that have passed an internal approval process at the mutual insurance company.

Visitor control data is deleted one month after collection.

What are your rights when you provide us with your data and how can you exercise them?

1.1. Access right: right to obtain confirmation as to whether at Fraternidad-Muprespa we are processing personal data that concerns you or not.

1.2. Right to rectification: right to request the modification or rectification of your data if it is inaccurate.

1.3. Right of deletion: right to request that your data be deleted or deleted due to illicit data processing, due to the disappearance of the purpose that motivated the processing or collection or when you revoke your consent or oppose their processing.
