Back school workshop

Carrying out our work as well as various activities of daily living can require significant effort from our muscles and joints, which increases the likelihood of suffering discomfort and/or injuries. A very effective way to protect yourself is by improving our physical condition, performing warm-up, stretching and strengthening exercises to balance our muscles.

In this totally practical workshop, we will show and teach you a series of simple exercises, which as a guideline you can do before starting your work day and at the end, or comfortably at home and little by little strengthen your back and avoid future injuries.
