Transparency Law
Law 19/2013, of December 9, on Transparency, access to public information and good governance aims to expand and reinforce the transparency of public activity, regulate and guarantee the right of access to information related to that activity and establish the good governance obligations that public officials must comply with as well as the consequences derived from non-compliance.
In Title I of the aforementioned Law in its article 2 we are considered entities of its application:
The managing entities and the common services of the Social Security as well as the mutual insurance companies for work accidents and occupational diseases collaborating with the Social Security
Institutional information: functions and powers

The Institutional Information corresponds to the functions developed by the Mutual Collaborators with Social Security and the services we offer.
The services offered by Social Security Collaborating Mutual Companies are included in article 80 of the General Social Security Law:
- Private associations of businessmen constituted by authorization from the Ministry of Employment and Social Security and registration in the special registry dependent on it are mutual collaborators with Social Security, whose purpose is collaborate in the management of Social Security, under its direction and supervision, on a non-profit basis and its associates assuming joint responsibility in the cases and with the scope established in this law. - The objective of the mutual societies collaborating with Social Security is to develop, through collaboration with the Ministry of Employment and Social Security, the following Social Security activities:
- The management of economic benefits and health care, including rehabilitation, included in the protection of the contingencies of work accidents and occupational diseases of Social Security, as well as the prevention activities of the same contingencies that the protective action dispenses.
- The management of economic benefits for temporary disability derived from common contingencies.
- The management of risk benefits during pregnancy and risk during breastfeeding.
- The management of economic benefits for cessation of the activity of self-employed workers, in the terms established in title V.
- The management of the benefit for the care of minors affected by cancer or another serious illness.
- The other Social Security activities that are legally attributed to them.

The legal regime of Fraternidad-Muprespa , as a Mutual Collaborator with Security. Social, is established in articles 80 to 102 of the Consolidated Text of the General Law of Social Security , approved by Royal Legislative Decree 8/2015, of October 30, by the Regulation on Collaboration of Mutual Insurance Companies for Work Accidents and Professional Diseases of Social Security (currently called Mutual Funds Collaborating with Social Security), approved by Royal Decree 1993/1995, of December 7 and by the Statutes of the Entity approved by Resolution of the General Directorate of Social Security Management dated November 2, 2012:
