Fraternidad-Muprespa Electronic Attendance Card 2025.

We inform you that the Ordinary General Meeting of Fraternidad-Muprespa will be held next Thursday, July 17 at 12:30 p.m., on first call and at 1:00 p.m. on the same day in second, if necessary, in the rooms of the Hotel Villa Real, located at Plaza de las Cortes, number 10, in Madrid, whose agenda you can consult here .

The General Board of Fraternidad-Muprespa meets regularly once a year to approve the preliminary draft budget and the annual accounts, in addition to deciding on important issues of its activity. To this end, the agreements of the Board are approved based on the votes present or represented by the mutual members, who at that moment exercise their direct participation in the Mutual.

With the purpose of facilitating the participation of your company, we attach an  electronic version of the attendance form  with which you can inform about your willingness to attend the General Meeting or, if you could not or did not wish to attend in person, delegate your vote to another associate who is up to date with the fulfillment of their corporate obligations.

Once you have the completed and signed ID card (according to the following instructions), you can deliver it to one of our service centers or send it to us digitally signed or digitized (photograph or scanned) to the email address junta.general@Fraternidad.com  or through the web portal from this link , before on July 14.
