Fraternidad-Muprespa holds a webinar on the Digital Office and the Advisor's Corner
Fraternidad-Muprespa held an online conference on its Digital Office and Advisor's Corner on Friday, October 22 in Murcia.
The day has opened Alejandro López-Briones Pérez-Pedrero, provincial director of Fraternidad-Muprespa in Murcia, who gave a warm welcome to the advisors attending the event and recalled the improvement brought about by being able to carry out the procedures and procedures through the Mutual Fund's Digital Office, as it is a tool that saves them time.
He then intervened Carlos Lafuente Manzanares, director of the delegation of Fraternidad-Muprespa in Cartagena, which has encouraged advisors who were not already registered to register and take advantage of the utilities offered by the tool.
In his speech he made an introduction to the contents offered by the Digital Office, seeing point by point and analyzing its usefulness: registration of new users, portfolio consultation, downloading benefit requests and withholding certificates, consultation of assistance request flyers and work accident reports pending to be sent, request for first aid kits and company accident and absenteeism reports, as well as the simulator of absenteeism costs.
Regarding the Advisor's Corner, has explained access to current collective agreements and the subscription to receive updates, access to the Debate Forum and Utilities, which include the simulator for payroll calculations and settlements.
To conclude, both speakers responded to the questions raised by the attendees, reminding them of their availability to individually address any questions that may arise, both by email and in person at the Mutua centers.
