Fraternidad-Muprespa makes its Ciudad Real and Avilés centers more sustainable and efficient
La Mutua has undertaken a rehabilitation of these two offices, with the aim of offering patients and mutual members more functional, adapted and sustainable spaces. In both cases they were spaces that were opened in the first years of this century and the decision to undertake improvements has meant greater comfort and a notable improvement in their functionality.
Ciudad Real
At the Provincial address of 5 the air conditioning, ventilation and lighting systems have been replaced, which are now LED. In addition, presence detectors have been installed and a comprehensive acoustic insulation system has been implemented. Ventilation, for its part, is natural thanks to operable windows.
Thanks to this transformation, the headquarters offers greater functionality, since it has been designed with user accessibility and security in mind.

Open in 2001 and with an area of 750 m2, the center has various spaces on a single floor. The care area consists of three medical consultations with multimedia screens and wifi, 185 m rehabilitation gym2 and two adapted changing rooms, 50 m meeting room2, x-ray room, treatment room, plasters and waiting room.
The administrative part is distributed in a meeting room with wifi and multimedia screens, administrative area, management office, office and waiting room. The center has two adapted toilets and rooms for storage and cleaning work.

Avilés
The headquarters of Fernando Morán Street, 19 (low), ___has improved its accessibility, through an automatic door through which it is directly accessed to the center, in addition to having replaced the heating and lighting system, which is now low consumption and automated, which provides greater energy efficiency to this headquarters. Likewise, the hallways are wider to allow more comfortable passage for wheelchairs and an adapted toilet has also been built.
The headquarters of the third city of Asturias by population, opened its doors in 2007. It has 180 m2 on a single floor and consists of two medical consultations, a treatment room, a closed waiting room equipped with a CO2 meter, administration area, changing rooms, adapted toilet and management office, with a meeting area.
