Meetings at the Madrid provincial office of Fraternidad-Muprespa on the services extranet
The provincial management of Madrid has developed an interesting initiative aimed at consultancies, which after the last promotional campaign for our services Extranet, proceeded to register for this tool between 2016 and early 2017.
Carrying out a prior analysis, tailored meetings have been designed, distinguishing two groups, one with general content and the other with technical content. Attendees received a master class, in which they were shown specifically and in detail the interesting possibilities that the Extranet offers, to get the most out of both the application and the work of the consultancies.
Two experts in the field, such as Lucia Alonso Montoya, current director of the San Sebastián de los Reyes delegation, who has worked for years on the creation of this application and Alberto Juara Ramos, current head of the Business Applications and Extranet area, have been the professionals who have imparted their knowledge to the attendees.
In the meetings that have been held at the headquarters of the Madrid provincial leadership (José Abascal, 50), they have had the peculiarity of enabling computers for each attendee, making the meeting a practical and personalized exercise that has been highly valued among those attending.
The total result of this project has been the holding of 10 meetings in the delegations of Alcorcón, Móstoles, Pinto, San Sebastián de los Reyes, Torrejón, Tres Cantos and José Abascal, in which 38 consultancies have participated, which together have 6,153 protected workers.
