Mobbing or workplace harassment, day held in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria

Fraternidad-Muprespa held a conference on March 8 at the provincial office of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, on “Mobbing or workplace harassment”. This was aimed at human resources managers and advisors of mutual companies of our Entity in the province.

The provincial director of the Mutua in Las Palmas,Carlos Macho Mishal, welcomed everyone present and thanked them for their attendance. He also explained the objective of the day and encouraged those present to continue participating in future calls that Fraternidad-Muprespa is going to hold with its interest groups.

Next, the Prevention technician,Alejandro Quintana Rivero, has developed the content of the conference in which concepts and definitions related to workplace harassment, its origin, its protagonists and the preventive and corrective measures that companies can adopt have been clarified.

The event had great participation from attendees, who posed questions that led to a lively debate that gave rise to some interesting final reflections.
