Back workshop taught by Fraternidad-Muprespa in Puente Genil

On April 26, the Mutual Collaborator with Social Security Fraternidad-Muprespa has held a Back School Workshop in a Public Park in Puente Genil, on the occasion of Prevention Week.

The workshop has been masterfully taught by the Physiotherapist of the Puente Genil Delegation Elvira Trujillo de Ahumada, who has touched on all aspects related to the most common musculoskeletal problems derived from poor positions in the workplace, directing the practical application of the exercises necessary for the prevention of these ailments, as well as the correct handling of the elderly and dependent people. 

Next, the Mutual Prevention technician,Rafael Delgado Goalkeeper has intervened by addressing the most frequent postural risks in users of PVD's and postural hygiene.

Workers from companies in the care sector for dependent users and nursing homes have attended this workshop and several pedestrians have also joined the group, also receiving this interesting training.
