Technical conference on nanotechnologies held in Jaén

On May 18, the Mutual Collaborator with Social Security Fraternidad-Muprespa has participated in an interesting day organized by the Occupational Risk Prevention Center of Jaén on the "The nano-universe P art I. Nanotechnologies from prevention".

The day has been aimed mainly at occupational risk prevention technicians in the province, with the aim o to make known the basic keys and know how to face the preventive challenge that new technologies pose to us today.

Manuel Soriano Serrano, director of the Jaén Occupational Risk Prevention Center, presented the event and a speaker, thanking everyone present for their attendance.

Next Carmen Alvarado Escolano, technician s Higher in Occupational Risk Prevention at the Mutua, has developed a presentation in which he explained what nanotechnology is, providing examples, curiosities and applications of it. He has also commented on the ten most impressive advances of the past as well as five new emerging technologies and finally he has insisted on the importance of prevention and creating safe environments.

At its end, attendees evaluated this day very positively.
