Road safety workshops with immersive virtual reality in Zaragoza
In order to combat workplace accidents associated with traffic, on Thursday, September 28, at the Fraternidad-Muprespa facilities in Zaragoza, two Road Safety workshops with immersive virtual reality.
In these workshops, they achieve andReal-time simulated driving experiencessafely and without having to leave the classroom. Combining the use of the latest technology in virtual reality andattractive presentation of technical concepts and awareness-raising adapted to the profile of each attendee, achievingchange risk perceptionby the driver from the human factor, without forgetting other factors that influence road accidents such as the vehicle and the road.
Taught byDavid Revillo Vidales, senior Occupational Risk Prevention technician in the Department of Prevention and Development of Health Culture at Fraternidad-Muprespa, the workshops have been very enjoyable, obtaining the desired awareness objectives and very good reviews from the attendees.

In addition, the director of the Aragonese Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (ISSLA) and technical staff of this institution attended as guests and showed interest in learning about this methodology.
