Fraternidad-Muprespa finalist of the enerTIC Awards 2017
The project of Fraternidad-Muprespa“Outsourcing of Energy Services” has been a finalist in the awards organized by enerTIC in the Smart Sustainability category.
Since 2013, the enerTIC Awards have recognized innovative technological projects carried out by companies and organizations committed to energy efficiency and sustainability.
The commission of experts of the enerTIC Platform has evaluated the 75 projects presented, choosing the finalists in each of the categories. The selection process has taken into account the evaluation criteria: the degree of innovation, the usability of Information and Communications Technologies, the impact on the reduction of energy consumption and CO2 emissions, exemplarity or applicability in other organizations, and the use of improvement metrics and indicators.
The project presented by Fraternidad-Muprespa consists of the complete outsourcing of energy services with a single provider,Telefónica Solutions, and a duration of four years. These services, applied to its network of centers, include electricity supply, maintenance and energy operation, undertaking investments to reduce electricity consumption and improve comfort.
The Fraternidad-Muprespa project can be voted on the awards website enerTIC.org/Awards. The online voting period is open to the public until November 24 (r register to vote).
It has been published interview with the managing director of Fraternidad-Muprespa,Carlos Aranda Martin which highlights the actions carried out by the Mutual Fund to guarantee energy efficiency.
The winning projects will be announced on December 12 at the official awards ceremony, at the Secretary of State for the Information Society and Digital Agenda (Madrid).
