Fraternidad-Muprespa aporta experiencia en el II Salón Empresarias de Galicia
It was celebrated last October 26 in the Mar de Vigo Auditorium, theII Business Women of Galicia Hall, where the low presence of female entrepreneurship has been analyzed and where some directors of large Galician companies, among others, have participated, to focus on their example.

The hall was inaugurated by the mayor of Vigo,Abel Caballero, which has committed to further supporting next year's third edition; the president of the Provincial Council,Carmela Silva; the general director of Equality of the Xunta,Susana López Abella; and the delegate of the Free Zone,Teresa Pedrosa.
At the opening ceremony, the president of Empresarias Galicia,Susana Perez, has assured that "this is not a war, it is about unity for equality and to achieve a more competitive society."Lopez Abellahas demanded that “the empowerment of women be a reality”, for its partPedrosahas certified that “despite formal equality in the laws, the labor market figures do not reflect it,” whileSilvarecalled “that women's business projects have less failure than those led by men.”GentlemanHe has demanded that we all work so that “we tear down the walls that go against women's rights.”
The director of Mujeres&Cía, Mercedes Wullich, has analyzed the role of women in leadership and encouraged lobbying and networking because “we have to be in the place where things are decided.”
Next, in the round table of great executives, they participatedCarmen Fernandez,Director of External Relations at Mercadona,Noelia Martinez, jefa department Selection of Graduates and Managersfrom AENA andNatalia Fernández Laviadawith a presentation that dealt with his professional career, as well as of the position of women in the business community and particularly in the mutual insurance sector,emphasizing "the importance of taking advantage of life's opportunities, having the perfect right to try like men, to make mistakes and even to be right". To end by concluding "that women must sow their future, collect from their past and redefine their present."
The day ended brilliantly with the presentation of the II Businesswomen of Galicia Award a Mary Quinteiro–distinguished photographer and businesswoman with more than 60 years of experience -. Being a precursor of different techniques in the world of photography.
