Healthy company and aging workforce


The number of older workers will increase significantly in European companies in the coming years. In 2030, workers aged 55 to 64 are expected to make up more than 30% of the total active population.
Certain actions undertaken by EU member states are committed to prolonging working life, ushering in an era in which the retirement age will increase.
It is possible to extend working life by improving, on the one hand, lifestyles and individual health status and, on the other, by promoting a healthier organization and work environment.
This is the main objective of this day: to open a space for reflection and share the healthy business model, from a practical point of view. On this day, real implemented cases will be discussed.
