Fraternidad-Muprespa collaborates in the III Prevention Conference of the University of Almería
On April 26, the III Occupational Risk Prevention Conference was held at the University of Almería, in which Fraternidad-Muprespa participated.
The extensive program of the day has been developed with activities and presentations of high interest for professionals in the preventive field.
In the evening a round table called “ The determination of contingencies, actors involved", in which Matilde Góngora, provincial director of Fraternidad-Muprespa of Almería, has participated as a speaker. The members of that round table were:
- Carmen Bretones, director of the provincial Inspection team of the Ministry of Health. Territorial Delegation of Almería
- Maria Lidia León, head of the provincial Labor and Social Security Inspectorate of Almería
- Christopher Oyonarte, head of the Medical Unit for Disability Assessment of the National Social Security Institute
- Luis Martinez, Provincial Deputy Director of Information and Subsidies of the National Social Security Institute
- María José Sáez, Lawyer of the Administration of Justice, Social Court No. 4 of Almería
- Oscar Lopez, Social Magistrate of the Social Courts of Almería No. 1 and 3
- Javier Martínez, Provincial Director of Quirón Prevention
The topic presented by Matilde Góngora has been about how to proceed in the event of a work accident. The procedures to be carried out, whether or not at the time of the contingency you have the assistance request form. He has spoken about the acceptance and rejection of workplace accidents by medical services. And to finish his presentation he clarified the role that Mutual Insurance Institutions have in determining contingency.
María Lidia León, has been in charge of directing this third edition of the Occupational Risk Prevention conference, also acting as moderator of this round table. To close the event, he thanked all the representatives of the institutions present for their participation.
