Cristina Rodriguez, director of the National Social Security Institute (INSS), was in charge of presenting the program for the event.

Francisca Armas, INSS Training technician, has developed the central topic of the day, namely, the electronic services available in Social Security, which the human resources departments of companies require for their workers in relation to the Entity.
