The quality of care of Fraternidad-Muprespa, awarded with QH Accreditation + 2 stars
The Institute for the Development and Integration of Health (IDIS) has distinguished Fraternidad-Muprespa, Mutual Collaborator with Social Security, with an improvement in its level of accreditation. In this way, it rewards their efforts in the excellence of the quality of care they offer. Fraternidad-Muprespa obtained the QH+1 star accreditation in 2016 and two years later it improved its category with one more star. Of the 126 accredited companies, only 29 have two stars, among them, Fraternidad-Muprespa.
Elena Iglesias, Quality Director of the Mutua, was in charge of collecting the accreditation, in an event that took place at the Hotel Villamagna in Madrid and which she attended together with the Deputy Director of Fraternidad-Muprespa,Natalia Fdez. Laviada.
The QH (Quality Healthcare) Accreditation integrates, groups and weights the quality systems applied in Spanish healthcare centers. It is a unique, universal and free recognition of quality, which in this case has been given to Fraternidad-Muprespa for implementing a progressive and continuous quality system over time. La Mutua highlights among its values managing with efficiency, quality and innovation, always betting on the highest quality in customer service.
IDIS, in this fifth call for QH Accreditation, recognizes entities with a progressive system, from the access level (QH seal) to the highest accreditable level (QH seal + 3 stars).
Today the QH audit committee has granted 11 new recognitions and 28 accreditation level improvements. With these, there are now 126 public and private health care centers that have it.
