Fraternidad-Muprespa, new company joining the Canarian Network of Corporate Social Responsibility

The Government of the Canary Islands has distinguished Fraternidad-Muprespa, Mutual Collaborator with Social Security, with the distinction of “ Company Adhered to the Canarian Network of Corporate Social Responsibility"The event took place last Friday, December 14, at the Elder Museum of Science and Technology in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. The badge was collected by the provincial director of Fraternidad-Muprespa in Las Palmas,Carlos Macho.

The Vice-Minister of Social Policies,Francisco Candil, was in charge of presenting the event. Subsequently, the Commissioner for Social Inclusion,Santiago Rodríguez, offered a talk about what the Government of the Canary Islands intends with this group of companies and participating entities. The General Director of Economic Promotion of the Canary Islands Government,Cristina Hernandez, thanked the courage of this group of companies that have been pioneers in taking the first step in Corporate Social Responsibility in the Canary Islands and expressed their desire for them to be the laboratory in which a hopeful future in this matter is forged, in order to be a source of example and admiration for the rest of the companies in the autonomous community.

Finally, the Minister of Employment and Social Policies of the Government of the Canary Islands,Cristina Valido, once again thanked these organizations for their work and encouraged them to form pioneering work groups from which the germ of the social future in labor matters on the islands emerges, assuming the commitment to give visibility to these institutional events and events.
