Fraternidad-Muprespa verifies the Carbon Footprint for the second time
The Mutual Collaborator with Social SecurityFraternidad-Muprespa, has received the Verified CO2 Environment certificate, HCO-2017/0020, for the second consecutive year.
Gonzalo Piédrola, director of AENOR for the Central Region and Europe, has delivered to the Managing Director,Carlos Aranda the certificate, at the Mutual Headquarters. Accompanying them have been Natalia Fdez. Laviada, deputy general director of Prevention, Quality and Communication and Elena Iglesias, director of Quality and Environment, responsible for the work of this certificate.
Piédrola has congratulated the Mutua, highlighting “ that for the second year Fraternidad-Muprespa remains involved with environmental policies and this effort will be rewarded. Auditing organizations like yours is important for us, since you are a strict client who adds value and believes in the systems you implement”.
Carlos Aranda has stated that “ “It is difficult to integrate these environmental actions into our sector, but they are necessary, since they are aimed at continuous improvement”.
Fraternidad-Muprespa, responding to the strategic and social commitment of the organization and, as an instrument of social responsibility and sustainability, continues to commit to evaluating the risks associated with climate change by verifying its Carbon Footprint another year.
The Carbon Footprint measures the amount of total greenhouse gas emissions released into the atmosphere as a result of an activity. It is measured voluntarily to determine, evaluate and communicate the effect of products, services and organizations on climate change.
Fraternidad-Muprespa continues to focus on quality, environmental sustainability and social responsibility, as reflected in this renovation and will continue working along these lines.
