Fraternidad-Muprespa organizes a course in Pamplona on technical criteria in ORP before an inspection

Fraternidad-Muprespa, Mutua Colaboradora con la Seguridad Social, organizó el pasado martes en la Dirección Provincial de Navarra un curso bajo el título “Criterios técnicos en P.R.L. ante una visita de la Inspección de trabajo”. The course was attended by representatives of ten small, medium and large companies, with diverse profiles ranging from management to the direction of HR departments, as well as prevention managers and human resources personnel, who actively participated by asking questions and contributing their experiences.

Within the course syllabus, the Navarra prevention technician,Diego Alejandre, explained the objectives and services provided by the Labor and Social Security Inspection, the actions carried out at the national and provincial level in 2017 (last year for which there is information), the preventive documentation that all companies must have, the method of action of the Labor Inspection, and the types of infractions and sanctions.

The aspects that most interested attendees were preventive documentation, the method of action of the Labor Inspection and infractions and sanctions. After two hours of presentation, the course was closed by thanking the attendees for their attendance and participation, and offering them to attend the rest of the courses that will be taught in the Pamplona and Tudela delegations throughout the year.
