The Advisory Council of the Inserta Forum is constituted Head of the ONCE Foundation

On April 3, the Inserta Forum Advisory Council responsible for the ONCE Foundation was established, the advisory body of the Inserta Asturias Forum. The event, presented by Mar Medeiros, director of Companies, Strategic Alliances and CSR-D of Inserta, was attended by Ana Fernandez Castro, director of the Gijón Delegation, representing Fraternidad-Muprespa, one of the companies that are part of the Council. Representatives from other major entities in Asturias also attended, such as Alimerka or Alsa.    

In this constitution session, objectives were established through three axes. The first, to host a space for debate, participation and social innovation, where experts reflect on the challenges faced by the implementation of policies on diversity and integration. Another objective is to disseminate good practices developed by member entities and share experiences and tools that promote the employment of people with disabilities, and finally, the promotion and development of new social innovation and employment generation projects for people with disabilities. 

The representatives of the companies brought together on this platform discussed the good practices developed and the challenges and trends in the strategic management of talent with disabilities.
