Fraternidad-Muprespa participates in a conference at the University of Murcia on the work of the self-employed

The School of Labor Practice of the University of Murcia held three days, on April 30 and May 8 and 9, under the title “Advancing the delimitation and protection of Self-Employment.” Aimed at its students and legal-labor operators, the purpose of the conference was to delve into the jurisprudential and legislative developments in the matter.

Among those present and participants were academic staff, technical staff, professionals, and representatives of the main associations in the sector, including Fraternidad-Muprespa. The provincial director of the Mutua in the region,Alejandro López-Briones offered a conference on the new developments that Royal Decree-Law 28/2018, of December 28, introduced in relation to improvements regarding Cessation of Activity of the Self-Employed Worker and Temporary Disability, given on Wednesday, May 8.
